Pat Deering: Mr. Ashmore mentioned the future several times in his presentation. Does he envisage the SBCI being involved in a future scheme? If so, what is the timescale? Mr. Ashmore also said that no farmer had lost out because of the qualification criteria. Is he aware of the number of farmers, if any, who did not make the cut when it came to the time?
