As Mr. Casey said, it will take some of the work out, but personnel are needed to do the human side, once the information is available. That is why we need a co-ordinated strategy. When we have the fuller and quicker information, what do we do with it and how do we ensure we use it in a co-ordinated way to protect consumers?
