Alan Kelly: This is not a trick question, but all I am asking is whether criteria are set out, which accepts that we need to find accommodation and that, by and large, we cannot be picky but we need to know that there is access to healthcare and education. Are criteria given to the companies that are contracted, who make significant profits?
