Pádraig O'Sullivan: Dr. Duffy mentioned two words there that I believe hit a bone with every Deputy and Senator, which is "waiting list". Whether it is a waiting list for a psychologist, a psychiatrist, or whatever consultant is required be it speech and language or physiotherapy, the pattern is quite obvious across all of our services.
