Sandra McLellan: Will the Taoiseach instruct the Whips to facilitate a debate on the crisis in the health services with regard to the exodus of about 8,000 staff? I support what Deputy Martin said about the issuing of medical cards. We have all encountered serious problems trying to resolve it and the issue is much more serious than just one of paperwork.
