Peter Cleere: I appreciate Ms Kennelly's input there because on the one hand, the Arts Council will want to recoup the money - which is obvious, and fair play - but the Department might not even be allowing it to continue to pursue it. The Arts Council feels it has a very strong case, and the Department is saying it is going to pull back.
