Finian McGrath: This domiciliary care allowance application has been finalised. The person concerned was notified in a letter dated 27th February 2020 that domiciliary care allowance has been awarded from the 1st November 2019. Arrears due from November 2019 to February 2020 will issue with the March 2020 payment on the 16th March 2020. I hope this clarifies the position for the Deputy.
