Seán Fleming: I think so. I will be up front, in that we all received the letters. I spoke to the Minister. There were issues about the man's contract, but he has been appointed for a third term. That is unusual, but there were reasons for it which might have been good or bad. We will ask the Minister to respond to us on the issue.
