Ruairí Ó Murchú: I suppose the MIBI's request in respect of the Bill has to do with these vehicles being faster and better. I will add my voice to those of my colleagues. The MIBI has made a proposal relating to the British solution, for want of a better term, in that the car needs to be insured unless there are particular circumstances.
