Donie Cassidy: It seems to be lacking on some occasions in Senator Twomey. I congratulate Mr. Tom Savage, the new chairman of the RTE authority. He has much experience in politics. Senators Norris, Walsh and Callely expressed views on the Order of Business. I strongly suggest they make their views known to the Committee on Procedure and Privileges.
