Catherine Connolly: I am nearly finished. I have two more points. The strategic communications unit was before us this morning and gave to the committee documentation that was very interesting. The company that worked for the unit wrote to all the newspapers to suggest wording such as "working in partnership" with regard to Project Ireland 2040. The adverts went into the papers - unusual does not capture it...
