Imelda Munster: The funding meant for this project was diverted in 2018. Do not tell me there was priority on it or that the IHRB is eager to protect the integrity of the sport. The funding was there in 2017 and it was diverted in 2018. Every year since then, there has one excuse after another.

If anything is to come from today's meeting, it is that the committee could recommend reform of the rules relating to freedom of information and agencies being subject to audit, particularly when we consider that it is glaringly obvious that this is majority State financed.
