Willie Penrose: I have four specific questions. The first is on the beef data and genomics programme. Coming from the midlands, the Minister should not be surprised that I ask about it. When is it likely that the first tranche of payments will be made under that scheme? I understand it is €100 for the first ten animals on the farm and €80 thereafter.
