Catherine Connolly: Is Mr. Connaghan comfortable that it takes an interim report, on 11 June, for Dr. Scally to tell us that it is disappointing and unclear? Why do we need a report to tell us and the HSE that?

Catherine Connolly: I did not ask Mr. Connaghan whether he was disappointed. Why has it come to this that it takes a progress report to set out that Dr. Scally is disappointed and unclear?
