Fergus O'Dowd: I asked about the private service provider running the Cuan Mhic Giolla Bhride disability centre in Dundalk. It failed 11 out of 12 standards. That is not acceptable. It is appalling, disgraceful and shameful. Is the private provider still running the centre?
