Could copies of other contracts be made available to the committee so that we can clearly understand what people have signed up to? I ask the Minister to explain the concept of a job for life and that a person cannot be fired, which is often discussed.

I would like to see that dealt with because once that dynamic is removed; there would be a different experience from workers throughout the service. It has been said that there are legacy issues over the eight health boards and the 50 agencies. Obviously that organisation needs investment in terms of financial management, technology and so on.
