Andrew Doyle: There is an amendment tabled further on about the regulations which will be dealt with, but the Bill states that regulations will be laid before the relevant committee. The Deputies' points are noted. I ask Deputy McNamara to hold judgment on it until we see the Bill as it is shaped after this and the next process.
