Fiona O'Loughlin: I asked that question. I was speaking about our capacity. In 2016 there were 14,000 Irish students between the UK and Northern Ireland. If we had to absorb them into our system, I would have concerns about our capacity to do that and also about the shortage of student accommodation. That was the question.
