Michael Healy-Rae: In the Garda Síochána regulations it is stated that a Garda cannot become insolvent. Has the Government any proposed legislation, perhaps in the Legal Services Bill 2011, to address this in law, as many new young gardaí, like many others in society, are in negative equity and are in difficulty with mortgages etc.?
