Fiona O'Loughlin: I absolutely appreciate that but with regard to what the Minister said about a document being provided to the committee I want to clarify we did not receive a document beforehand. The Minister has said a statement was provided to the committee but it was not, so if the Minister feels we have had an opportunity to read another briefing document, we have not. I just want to clarify that.
