John McGuinness: The other figure of €219 million relates to PPPs that were abandoned or shelved. How much of that amount is lost to the State? Some projects have only been shelved and may be completed in time. As such, the money spent on them thus far may have been worthwhile. Separating those out, what is the loss to the State in this context?
