Farmer Joe has a way leave gone through Irish Water for six to eight months and the reinstatement will be done in September. If I am working on my fertiliser spreadsheet, what I am allowed to use or what my targets are, and the contractor puts out a lot more, which it will because it has to try to grow grass and not go back...
