It relates to the selling of the licence to Premier Lotteries Ireland, PLI, and the number of secrecy clauses that were included. Jonathan O'Brien: My major concern is that the regulator has written to the licenceholder seeking the amount and proof that this money is being spent in accordance with the contract. The licenceholder is quoting the clause in the contract which states that it does not have to reveal that information. How can the regulator do the job if it does not have access?
