Maurice Quinlivan: On the occupied territories, it was good to hear Mr. Konený talk about how it would be exponentially more popular across the world if Ireland was to implement this properly. It is important that we all remind ourselves that it is the expressed will of the Dáil and our Parliament and that we try to get this enacted as best we can.
