Michael Healy-Rae: I am making no more of a speech than anybody else. People went to post offices today to collect their child benefit payment and went home with no money. Will the consumer and competition Bill be expanded to include the banking sector in order that the consumer will be protected in the event of unforeseen events? It is an important issue.
