A total of 88% of the costs of completion to 2023 has already been committed. That leaves very little. Seán Fleming: Based on how the board is phasing the works, Mr. Gunning is saying that in 2019 when he finished the audited accounts, which were only signed off a few weeks ago, contracts had been entered into that he expected to be paid in 2019 of €265 million. Is that a correct reading of the position? It might not turn out exactly that way.
