Robert Dowds: I will be supporting this Supplementary Estimate as it is very important to keep the show on the road. Will the home help hours be restored fully for everybody requiring them? Am I right in thinking the reason for the Supplementary Estimate is because, for example, it was not possible to collect money in time from health insurers? Are we likely to have a similar problem next year?
