Jan O'Sullivan: I can confirm that a notification to grant planning permission was received late last year for the project to which the Deputy refers. Due to onerous planning conditions, this was appealed by my Department to An Board Pleanála. An Bord Pleanála recently issued its decision and a grant of planning permission for the project is now awaited from the local authority.
