He referred to their health and well-being and how some of the comments were so hurtful and disproportionate. I just wanted to know if he was willing to comment further on that since it is in his report.

The two questions to which I am trying to find answers are whether the regulator is aware of the amount of unclaimed prizes and how does she ensure that they are redirected as per contract?
