Finian McGrath: I understand that the Health Service Executive ( HSE) has determined the necessity that it include HSE funding allowances to disability representative bodies, as part of its commitment to achieve value improvement targets within the Disability sector. As these bodies are in receipt of funding from the HSE, I have requested the Executive to respond directly to the Deputy.
