Enda Kenny: There is quite a deal of work going on in respect of the heads of that Bill. I had the opportunity to visit the Department and staff during the course of the week. It will be spring time, I assume, before that Bill is concluded.

Enda Kenny: The Minister for Health was given approval to set up the expert committee. When it is set up, it will have six months to report to Government arising from the case the Deputy mentioned. The Minister will obviously make an announcement as soon as he has appropriate people to do the work on that committee. I do not expect it will be too long.
