Simon Coveney: My Department received an application from the applicants - named under the Dairy Equipment Scheme of TAMS II on the 6thOctober 2015. The first tranche of this scheme has only just closed, on 16thOctober 2015, and all applications received now have to be examined, validated and then ranked and assessed.
