Seán Fleming: I thank Mr. Doyle for his opening statement. The first speaker today will be Deputy David Cullinane, followed by Deputy Catherine Murphy. The first speaker has 20 minutes and the second speaker has 15 minutes. Thereafter, we will have Deputy Catherine Connolly and Deputy Josepha Madigan, who have indicated in that order, followed by Deputy Kelly.
