John Curran: To be helpful, I cannot give the Deputy the timescale but the Minister indicated that she was anxious that it would go to Report Stage sooner rather than later. I take it that the Deputy would like to see it taken in the week following the conclusion of Committee Stage and, therefore, the time will be short.

Those amendments Nos. 16 and 17 propose inserting a new provision in section 11 to amend the Terms of Employment (Information) Act 1994 in relation to contraventions of the Act and to increase the level of redress that may be payable to an employee from the current four weeks' salary to 104 weeks, that is, two years' salary.
