Simon Coveney: In general, a farmer only pays for one TB herd test each year and my Department pays for any consequential tests as a result of disclosure of TB.  However, in a limited number of specific circumstances, a farmer may be required to pay for more than one test in a year.I have no plans to change these arrangements.
