Otherwise, they would have to reregister the vehicle here to comply with the law in terms of this Bill.

Paddy Burke: Section 10(2)(q) states that the fee is to be paid to a licensing authority in respect of the supply by the authority of information relating to a licence. Is that a new charge? Does it mean that when a person applies for a licence he or she must pay a fee to get the information?
