Michael Healy-Rae: I refer to the Construction Contracts Bill, which was initiated in the Seanad by Senator Feargal Quinn. The Taoiseach will be aware that, last week, the N86 road in County Kerry had to be closed by subcontractors who had an issue with regard to payment.
