Michael Healy-Rae: At yesterday's meeting of the Joint Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality I asked the Garda Commissioner, Mr. Martin Callinan, about the gagging order that has been imposed on all gardaĆ­ to prevent them from speaking about the closure of Garda stations. I wanted to find out if this was a directive from the Minister for Justice and Equality.
