Willie O'Dea: Several months have elapsed since the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, Deputy Eoghan Murphy, told me that he was upgrading or improving the tenant purchase scheme, which blatantly discriminates against people who have to rely on social welfare for their livelihood. I was told that change was imminent in that area. When can we expect that change to happen?
