Alan Kelly: I welcome the Minister of State to the House. I do not have many comments to make as this Bill is technical in nature. On Second Stage I made a few observations and requested information of the Minister of State, Deputy Sargent. Perhaps he could respond to those requests. He said he would do so but I presume he has not yet got around to doing it.
