I have mentioned the moneys allocated for the mental health tribunals which have not been spent and will not be spent this year. I am not in a position to say whether other Ministers may plan to bring forward Supplementary Estimates.

We must look in due course at the licensing of hospital facilities and other places where medical treatments take place.
