Seán Fleming: Yes, to be helpful. I will give Deputy Madigan more time to allow Mr. O'Brien to look through the documentation. Mr. O'Brien said that on 24 February 2015 he requested his legal advisers to initiate a process with the Garda Síochána and two weeks later on 6 March contact was made. This process was in train before the protected disclosure was made.
