Catherine Connolly: I will move on to Avoca, which is covered on page 13 of the Department's accounts. The Department has inherited all of this but again the failure to manage landfill is costing the taxpayer millions. When things are not done right, as was the case at Avoca and Silvermines, it leaves a legacy that costs a fortune. Is that not right?
