Seán Fleming: It is the Courts Service. It relates to the repayment of fines. Those fines would have been paid into the Courts Service and the repayments will need to start with it. It is part of the process.

Seán Fleming: Finally, one point I spotted in the report yesterday relates to the appropriation account for the Garda Síochána Vote. Is the latter separate from the vote for the Department of Justice and Equality?

Seán Fleming: The report states that the wording of the appropriation account in respect of internal controls for 2015 which has been signed off must now be amended to record the fact that there was not proper internal control in that.
