Rose Conway-Walsh: I have a question for the Minister specifically on that rent tax credit. Without having a freeze on rents it will obviously have a limited impact. It is about equity for parents of students who are studying abroad, as too many of them are forced to do. This is the case in particular for the likes of veterinary, physiotherapy and other qualifications we desperately need in this country....
