Terry Leyden: I have a quick question in that regard. If Britain decides to opt out of the European Union, this deal dies as far as Britain is concerned. It would have to negotiate a separate deal with the United States of America. If it is out of the 28 then it would not benefit from the TTIP negotiations that are currently ongoing. That is an interesting point.
