First, at a recent Oireachtas committee meeting I asked the Minister to stop farm inspections for a period of four or five weeks. The Minister said he was compelled by Europe to carry out inspections. I checked that and found the Minister was incorrect. There must be a percentage of inspections over a 12 month...
