Mary Harney: I wish to clarify something that was raised on the Order of Business yesterday by Deputy Gormley when he inquired whether barrier-free tolling legislation would be introduced and the Taoiseach said "No". I wish to clarify that such a measure is being considered as part of the roads (miscellaneous provisions) Bill which will be published early next year.
