John O'Mahony: In regard to fixed broadband connection, it is alleged that if there is a fault on the connection, it is fixed less quickly if the person has a contract with a commercial company other than Eircom. John O'Mahony: I will follow up on the point about the perception of the service provided by companies other than those who own the line. If consumers have a broadband connection with Vodafone, do they contact Vodafone or Eircom when they experience a problem?
