Eileen Flynn: Dr. O'Leary referred in her opening statement to meeting the person and each individual child where he or she is. Some children are able for mainstream schools with SNAs.

Eileen Flynn: Some children need that one-to-one support in special schools. It is, however, a shambles. I see it as segregation, whereby we put disability in with the disability committee whereas it is the responsibility, in my opinion, of the Department of Education to make sure that every child has equal access to education and has free education. It is absolutely remarkable.
